This one-on-one 1 hour session is a blend of plática and workshop, created to help you reflect deeply on your journey toward self-love and inner healing. Before our session, you’ll receive a personalized self-reflection questionnaire to explore your thoughts, patterns, and emotions. These guided questions are designed to bring awareness to your relationship with yourself and reveal areas ready for healing and growth.

During our meeting, we’ll go over your reflections together — talking through your experiences, thought process, and what’s been holding you back from fully embracing your worth. From there, we’ll create a personalized game plan to support you in your self-love and shadow work journey, with spiritual guidance and practical steps you can integrate into your daily life.

This offering is ideal for anyone ready to understand themselves more deeply, release emotional blockages, and reconnect with their inner truth through compassion and conscious reflection.
