Due to the nature of our products and services — which include spiritual readings, energy work, candles, and other custom or ritual items — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Services & Digital Products
All readings, healings, and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or completed. These services are based on energetic exchange and preparation time, and cannot be reversed or redone.
Custom & Ritual Items
All custom-made candles, ritual kits, and spiritual tools are created with care and intention. Because of their handmade and personalized nature, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Luna Cosmica Healing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and tracking information has been provided.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Issues
