How to Prepare:
For a personal ceremonial serving, use 4–6 oz of your preferred plant-based milk (such as oat, almond, coconut, or cashew milk). Heat the milk until hot, but do not let it boil.

Add 2–3 ceremonial cacao hearts into the warm milk and allow them to melt fully. Stir slowly and intentionally until smooth and well blended.
