We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected. Payment must be completed at checkout before services or items are prepared.
4. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the spiritual, digital, and personalized nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We take care in packaging and shipping your order. Once a package is shipped and tracking information is provided, Luna Cosmica Healing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
