Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination, but most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–10 business days once shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information provided, Luna Cosmica Healing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Luna Cosmica Healing is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.
