I’m Josseline, the heart behind Luna Cosmica Healing — a space born from my own journey of self-discovery, transformation, and love.

When I decided to rebrand to Luna Cosmica Healing, it came from a realization that my healing wasn’t just about helping others — it was also about showing up for myself. I am part of this process too. Like the Luna, we all move through phases — moments of brightness and clarity, and moments of darkness where we’re invited to reflect, shed, and grow. “Cosmica” represents how deeply we’re all connected to this universe — each of us walking unique yet similar paths, finding our own ways to heal and evolve.

My spiritual awakening began when I saw patterns repeating in my life — cycles that once hurt me beginning to touch my son’s world. That was my turning point. I realized I couldn’t allow those chains to continue. I didn’t want him to grow up feeling alone, unseen, or unloved the way I once did. That awareness sparked my journey to heal not just for him, but also for me — to rewrite our story together.

Growing up, I often felt disconnected from my roots. My mother, a Honduran woman who came to the U.S. chasing the American dream, did everything she could to keep a roof over our heads. Culture and tradition took a back seat to survival. My father was Mexican-American, but he passed away when I was only days away from turning ten. Losing him left a gap in me — one that I’ve been slowly healing through connection, spirit, and understanding.

Now, connecting with my ancestors has become essential to my journey. They give me the fortaleza, the strength and wisdom, to keep going. Through them, I’m able to reconnect to pieces of my culture and spirit that I once felt distant from.

This blog is an extension of my heart — a space where I can share my story, my healing, and my reflections more openly. I want it to be like a diary in motion — a place where we can connect beyond the surface, where you can get to know me not just as “Luna Cosmica,” but as Josseline, a mother, a woman, a soul learning and evolving just like you.

My mission here is to show that vulnerability is strength. I’ve always been the type to keep things inside, but now I want to give myself a voice — and through that, maybe help others find theirs too.

If there’s one thing I hope you take away from being here, it’s this:
You are never alone. Even in your darkest moments, there’s always someone who understands — and I’ll gladly be that person if you ever need it. We don’t have to walk this path in silence.

Outside of my spiritual work, what brings me peace is family — being present, making memories, laughing, and grounding in love. Lately, I’ve also been prioritizing my health, finding joy in the small changes that make me feel stronger and more confident for myself and my son.

Through this blog, I hope to share my truth, my growth, and the realness behind the healing journey — the messy parts, the magic, and everything in between. I want you to feel welcomed here, seen, and maybe even find pieces of yourself reflected in my words.
